Me:
When I am not working I
enjoy spending time with my 3 sons, we enjoy working
on do it yourself projects at home and perennial gardening.
I love the beauty of land, and the comfort of homes.
I purchased my first piece
of real estate at the age of 20, and to this day,
truly believe it was the best investment I could have
ever made. I believe Real Estate is a sound investment,
and believe that everyone should own their own home-and
as a Realtor® I know that it is possible.
Over the past 15 years I since
sold my first home, developed property, and built
two custom homes-as my own general contractor. With
these past experiences it has afforded me the opportunity
to be in the shoes of a buyer, seller, builder and
developer- I understand the questions, concerns, anticipation
and anxiety that go a long with Real Estate transactions.
I am compassionate and understanding
and enjoy helping.
I excel in the areas of research
and have the persistance to deliver desirable results
to my customers. I strive to maintain a high level
of customer service, and to build relationships that
are open and honest.
I believe the key to a successful
real estate transaction is the ability to communicate,
which includes listening as well as being readily
available to my clients -day or night. I strive to
exceed expectations, and thrive on referrals and repeat
